I have been using an eye roller for about 20 years off and on. There are times when my elbow joints feel this usage. I haven't used this in a while because I had surgery. Time to get back to it. It's a really good roller. And I started to see results after only a week before I had to stop for health reasons (not related to abs). So I'm excited to be getting back to my daily workout. Very easy to assemble and use. Elbow placement is comfortable and stable. If you like to avoid gyms, get one of these because you can workout in peace. Very good for the price. Your abs will thank you.

Great Value and easy to use only complaint is stability for taller and larger people. Wish the handles were wider and longer. I’m 6’8 So my forearm are very long.

Holds a pretty good amount of weight. Has a little bit of a spring back for the way back up. Comes with a timer and a little spot to stick your phone. Cool little elbow rests as well. Worth it in my opinion.

Arrived in a box with pieces thrown everywhere. It looks like whoever packaged it just threw the parts into the box like they were throwing away garbage. Product quality is average however, I don’t think it’s gonna stay together long.

It started to fall apart after 4 days tried to return. But have to keep the original box. You should ad label saying might have to return.
