There was some assembly required and the instruction manual was very small. However, Putting the ab roller together was relatively easy and using the device is a dream! You will be happy that you purchased this item. Promise!

This is a game changer. Had one that is just the wheel with a rod running thru it. Someone said they used one like this at the gym and it made it so that they could extend further and made a big difference. They were right. Love it!
