I like the bike, but I notice this page doesn't have a place for reporting a cheaper price--most likely that's because you can get it from Bikes Direct for $150 less.

Bottom line Sun Cycle Warehouse does sell a decent bike, but prey to your divinity that you don't have to ask for anything. I asked for a couple of screws that came off so that I could assemble the bike.Their response is to go to someone to assemble it for you. Like I am a moron that has never put a bike together!Fool me once, you aren't fooling me twice.

Loved the bike 100%. Rear wheel was/is wharped when I pulled it from the box so I have to spend extra money for a new wheel. If I didn’t like the bike itself so much that’d cause a bad review as it is highly annoying and inconvenient. Ok so wheel aside the bike is great. Once it’s tuned up (YouTube is helpful) it’s rides and shifts great other than the wobbly wheel. Soon as I get her fixed up and my legs stronger I look forward to hitting some trails on it and seeing how she handles. I have no doubt I will very happy with it.

Overall, I was pretty impressed for a mail order bike. However, the welds on this bike seem "chunky", meaning for just dirt and gravel trails it's nice, but this is not something to be doing any 10 ft drops on. Preload on the suspension is great, easily hop right over small obstacles or onto curbs. For the money, if assembled correctly, is way better than any Walmart bike. I do recommend getting better tires like maxis or continental. 😉 enjoy!

This bike is in NO way equivalent to the more expensive bikes suggested in the description. It is heavy with cheap components. They don't even provide the specs for some very important things... what is the suspension travel?? This bike is no better than something you would find at a big box store for less money, and those bikes come assembled.By the time you buy the bike, pay for professional assembly / tuning to make sure it is safe, upgrade the seat, tires, and other cheap components, you are looking at well over $700.Buyer beware!

This bike was very uncomfortable to sit on. My husband is 6’6†and he said the bike is heavy and hard to pedal. Couldn’t go up small hill on the roadway. Also, to return it you have to pay postage and we paid $330!!!!! Do I need to say more?? So upsetting and frustrating. Will never buy from this seller again.
