I live in an area that has plenty of 5G but in my house, at the base of a large hill, I usually only get two bars of LTE. The signal is reliable so I thought a booster might help.Wanting to verify its usefulness before permanently installing it, I put the system together, plugged it in, and hoped for the best. With nothing significant changing, I moved the antenna around to different areas and facing different directions, each time restarting the system.I believe I did get a small boost at times. I mostly get one or two bars of LTE at home and with the booster, I was more likely to get two or three bars. It's possible there might be better places to position the antenna but I wouldn't be able to move it very far from where I tested it anyway so it seemed unlikely to make a significant difference.The booster seemed to show that it was receiving a strong signal but it just didn't translate to a significant boost.I'm not all that familiar with electronics so it's possible I missed something and someone else might have better luck.I am disappointed and won't be installing the system.

Got this to help with the poor cell signal quality in my house, and so far it's working out great. Before we could only get 5g signal in the living room, but we had to rely on WiFi for the bedrooms. If our internet provider was reliable then we wouldn't have to worry about the signal booster, but due to seemingly endless construction in the area the fiber lines keep getting cut and sometimes we go days without internet. now we have good reliable service throughout the house and no longer have to rely on the spotty internet.

This product is well packed, making it easy to unbox & lay everything out. The instructions are step by step & very easy to understand. Installation took about 45 mins. Just due to finding the best spot for placement in the condo. It works exactly as advertised! It boost cell service to a significant amount! We live in the woods, surrounded by 100'+ pine trees.We have a Verizon MIFI for our internet.This booster took our signal from 2 to 4 bars which is huge for us more than doubling our speeds.Installing and setting up a booster is not difficult.Running the wires takes the most time depending on your installation.I have our antenna mounted on a 20' pole which takes it above our roof line.You do need to tune the antenna to your nearest tower which is easy to do using your cell phone and only takes minutes.You need to understand these boosters, all of them, need a basic signal to work, they boost a signal, not create it.When out signal drops to 1 bar this booster or any other booster do not work.You have to have a good basic signal to start with.This booster has a display which makes it easy to see what is going on, should you have a signal issue the display lets you easily see if where the issue is occurring.If you need more signal you need to give a booster a try.I would buy again.5 STARS
