This is a great workout for anyone needing to punch out some stress! My daughter has a fiery temperament, and this has been the perfect way for her to channel her energy in a positive way while getting a solid workout. The unit arrived fully assembled with just a quick setup with the included Velcro strips, and it was ready to go. The Bluetooth connectivity is easy, and the buttons are intuitive and easy to use. Overall, it’s fun and the build quality seems excellent.

We love this! It arrived fully assembled and charged. All you have to do, is find the wall space and hang the Velcro strips. You’re ready to go! You can use the preprogrammed beats for your workout, or connect to your Bluetooth and choose your favorite music. Now, you don’t go punching this like a punching bag. You kind of hit it in a way that you are working your arms, but landing light, gentle punches to the section that is lit up. If you hit the wrong one, you get a cute “ut-oh†sound, that’s amusing. Adding this fun tool to our home gym has made our time working out fun and packed with energy with the beats of the music. I would definitely recommend this and advise that it is totally worth the price tag.
