This works great! Super easy to install was able to Bluetooth it right to my head set. Gives me a great workout with different challenges based on the song choice. Great size not to big not to small. Super durable.

Mounted solidly with combination of velcro and is one of the few units I could find with screw mounts for wall too. Diameter is just slightly larger than others I looked at which is nice for adult use. Speaker is NOT great and built in music is annoyingly horrendous! Here's an observation and a hack...Observation; You can't choose between built in music and punch count sounds. it's both or nothing.Hack; You can choose your own bluetooth music and if you choose to connect to bluetooth but not play any of your music, you will hear only punch count sounds. (that's my preferred use of sound with this unit. I have other better ways to play music while boxing)

This is a very fun workout. My eight year old granddaughter loves to use it too, when she starts to feel overwhelmed.

Totally worth itI have been using this music boxing machine for a while now and it is a good choice. The sound quality is very good, and multiple modes and speeds can provide me with different training intensities, which is worth buying

This is a really fun work out. The board has six areas to punch on it and lights that tell me where to hit. I was able to connect the board to my phone via bluetooth. I was surprised by all of the different ways the board can be mounted. There is a full sticker option, velcro/sticker option and screws to secure it into the wall. I will note that it should be put on a fairly sturdy wall. The wall I installed it on has some rattle to it when punched but there is nothing else on that wall that could fall. If I had a shelf up it would probably shake items off.

so first of all the back of this is very sticky so i thought hey it should have no issue staying on the wall so i cleaned the wall and stuck it on. the next day it fell off in the middle of the night and scared me out of my sleep. apparently youre supposed to put the velcro on the wall and connect it to the back of the punching thing. but before it fell i was punching it and you have to punch it really hard for it to register. and the speaker quality isn;t good. i would recommend this for an angrey teenager or something because its not really the best

He keeps it hanging in the garage. He finds it that it works better with EDM music since it makes it go a little bit faster. he liked it a lot! would buy it again!
