When the iyem arrived, I compared the item with the original filter that came with my Whirlpool microwave oven. They were identical visually and the construction appeared so similar, it was difficult to tell apart. The new filter fit perfectly and it functions well with no restrictions. it was very cost effective. I recommend this filtet set.

Never knew the microwave had a filter until the grease started dripping on the stove. Couldn’t begin trying to get it clean. These are lifesavers and cheap enough to dispose of once dirty.

Fits perfectly in the fume hood in my microwave (which is mounted above my stove/oven). My microwave is old and doesn't even have a brand name or logo anywhere I can see, so I was very pleasantly surprised that I found this and that it fit! Especially considering that the description only has an approximate measurement but mine measured 13x6 exactly. I don't know if the previous homeowner had ever changed this filter, it was so gross, so it felt very good to switch this out to a clean one. I've had it at least 6 months and it still looks pretty clean, so I think this will last a while.
