Was very much in doubt about this before I ordered it. Especially since there are really no real reviews here you can trust. But I had a very pleasant surprise. From the moment I ordered the tiny home until it arrived at my home in Fresno CA costumer service was always helpful and attentive. This was the only company I found that actually had priced it nearly correctly with shipping port handling and delivery all included. My handyman had it all put together the same day. With the help of 2 other friends. You have to be at least 3 strong persons to unfold this correctly. Instruction manual could have been a bit more detailed but my handyman was impressed about the fact that every bolt and part needed was included. From the shower door to the kitchen countertop the quality on everything vas actually very impressive. But there are obviously extra costs involved. You need a mini split for heating and cooling and the instant water heater included is really not enough for a good shower so I got another one. I got a one bedroom Tiny Home version that I feel was perfect for this size. For the cost of a little over $30,000. It was absolutely worth the price.
