Absolutely what we needed for our small roll up. Must follow all steps for installation, which were very detailed and easy to do. Make sure to have help available to make things easier. The quality is excellent and the adhesive is phenomenal! This eliminated water seeping in under the roll up door completely. We installed this on a nice warm day and allowed the rubber to set out flat and get warm to make installation easier. I actually need to purchase a couple of more!!!

I was a bit skeptical about buying this due to some negative reviews regrding the adhesive but I bought it anyway. Thank goodness I did. This is the best garage door bottom seal, better than my original. My original was a seal attached to an aluminum track bolted to the bottom of my door. I removed that track and seal and discarded it. I followed all the installation instructions and glued it down and lowered the garage door down and let the pressure of the door stay on it for 48 hours (ony 24 were actually needed). The adhesive took beautifully and the seal stuck fast. I have driven my car over it many times and it hasn't shifted one bit. Great product and simple to install. I even told my neighbor and he just ordered one for his door. Excellent product. The only problem I had was it was one end was coiled so tight in packaging and I had to put weight on the rubber to flatten it for a day before installation.

After reading some detailed reviews we set out to install this garage seal.Laied the seal out in the sun to get flat. Cleaned the area beneath, measured carefully, and cut the seal to desired length. All good so far!However, even the grey seal comes with a black glue. And the glue spreads once you press the garage door down on the seal .... It is impossible to get that all cleaned up no matter how quickly or with which product you try.So we have a fantastic seal but it all looks kinda messy due to the black marks from the glue.Wish the company could send clear glue to apply the seal and this would not be an issue!

I purchased this because my truck bed cover leaked at the tailgate. Glad I did. I cut it to fit and it worked great. If it worked for this I'll bet it's great for it's intended purpose.

With proper attention to surfaceprep prior to installation this adheres excellently! I did my installation on acold day so I had to warm the adhesive in order to use it - this was to be expected since I was working on the lower end of the product temp recommendations.The strip is staying down firm! No lifting at all. And ample adhesive was supplied; I barely used the second tube.

Though concerned when unpacking, since it isn’t as ‘tall’ as the one that needed replacing, it does the job and has kept rainwater from running into the garage. I would buy again. I’ve never glued these down, thinking the garage door’s pressure and own rubber seal are strong enough to do the job. All good!

Garage door floor cement at the bottom of the garage door had deteriorated and crumbled. I bought cement patch and mixed and built it up to a level grade. I had previously installed a new garage door seal but there was still a minor air leak. I decided to purchase this threshold. I cut the threshold to length. The sealant was easy to apply with a caulking gun. Waited 24 as instructed. The garage door bottom is sealed well.

Vinyl sealing strip is nice and flexible, easy to cut and fit. Laid out well. The 4 tubes of silicone adhesive were all hardened and unusable. Wound up costing me an additional $55.00 for 4 more tubes of adhesive. See if you can find the strips without the adhesive and save yourself some money.
