Ordered these after losing a couple caps following a trip to the tire shop, and laughing at how much OEM replacements are. These caps look good, and fit well. 5 minutes or so to replace them all with the provided removal tool. Overall, I'm satisfied with this product, though there are a few things to be aware of:First, as other customers have mentioned, these are slightly darker in shade than the OEM part, which doesn't really bother me, as I was replacing all 20 caps. Secondly, they have a shiny, rather than a matte finish, which bugged me a little at first. However, once they were on the car, they looked fine to me. Lastly, they are made from a stiffer plastic than the OEM part, so I think they could be susceptible to breakage if not installed carefully. Just make sure the vertices of the cap are lined up with those on the lug, and that the cap isn't tilted as its installed, and they should slide right on with even thumb pressure, giving a slight, but satisfying amount of resistance.Other things to note: The removal tool is adequate for the job, and will make a nice replacement if something happens to the original one in my tool kit. Also, my pack came with 21 caps, rather than 20, so I have an extra one. Not sure if that was intentional, or if I just happened to benefit from a QC error.All in all, a positive initial impression. Will update if there's a change.

Arrived in a couple days and product is as described. I like the look it gives to the wheel. Install is easy. I pushed as hard as I could with my thumb, then snugged it up by pushing with a rubber mallet. Nice cheap add

I bought new tires and the tire store neglected to reinstall the caps on 2 of the tires. Replacement caps cost $4 each from Audi and even more from a popular auto parts store. These caps were $7.99 for 20 of them - making them a strong value. BTW, I have a 2017 Audi A4 and they fit fine - not sure why other reviewers say they didn't fit. Overall I'm happy with the purchase.Pros- Decent quality. I had no problems with any of them breaking, like other reviewers mentioned.- They fit snuglyCons- They are a slightly different gray than the OEM caps. They also are a little smaller in diameter. Wouldn't notice if you weren't looking for it, but some people who care about that level of detail may be upset about this.- They are somewhat difficult to install. It takes a few/several tries until they line up correctly. Eventually I installed them successfully. Could be the same issue with the OEM caps, I don't know.- They don't work for the one anti-theft lug nut on each tire. I had some extra OEM caps for that lug nut and was able to use them.

These do not fit on the supposedly 17mm Audi Q5 lug covers. They are much too small. Also I was sent the incorrect color.

I received the item, and the package was missing 4 caps. Double-checked the shipping box, none. Just detailed the car and installed these on 3 wheels when I noticed I only had one cap left for the 4th wheel.I did not feel like going through Amazon for a return and replace, so I ordered them again. Make sure to double-check your packaging before opening it to ensure all 20 pieces were included. Otherwise they fit and look great!Update: I "received" the second product, and the entire product order was missing. It was a flat, empty package with a shipping label - I blame that part on Amazon. I'll update my review when I finally get my full order from the seller or Amazon.Update 2: Forgot to edit my review! Fit great and the color was uniform across every order. They're not the exact same color as the OEM Audi lug caps, but they get the job done well and fit snug. Worth the money - hopefully others don't have any hassles with shipping.

These caps fit and look very much like OEM but they are not the same. It would have been nice since the vendor is an OEM Dealer.
