I got these for repairing voltage regulators in pinball and arcade machines. All of the diodes tested within spec. No problem at all.

No point in beating a review to death. These are 150 V, 2-Watt zener diodes in DO-41 packages.Order arrived quickly and intact, a test unit on the bench functioned as advertised. The high-voltage rating on this part makes it suitable (depending upon specific application circuit details) for replacing glow-discharge regulator tubes in vintage receivers and instrumentation.Zener voltage is similar to the control voltage of an OD3 gas regulator, though at 2 watts the current-carrying capability of the zener is less than half.
