I purchased this based on the 18, five star reviews. So it looks like i received a returned item the way it was packaged. Then putting the handle together.....it doesnt even fit together. Then you gave to put a knob and a screw in a thru hole right across the wires??? Are you serious?? Sending this back for sure! Was a waste of $109.00.

At 65, traditional shoveling was getting tough. This cordless shovel is lightweight yet powerful. Battery life is perfect for my needs, and no cord to worry about. Makes winter manageable again.

Shovel works fine but the battery doesn't last very long. Only works about 10 minutes, much less than advertised. That's a big disappointment!

Light enough to maneuver but powerful enough to throw snow far. Battery lasts longer than advertised - got 25 minutes of continuous use. Perfect for regular snow maintenance. Great value for money.

Beware assembly required! DO NOT BUY! I was unable to assemble the product for use. Packaging looks to be re-wrapped/taped box that was previously returned, parts box inside was already opened. Product reviews seems to be filtered. I went to the sellers page where the true product reviews (2.8 stars) shows same complaints of people not being able to put it together.

The rotating auger that contacts snow is only 8 inches long. Very Small. Might work for a walk way to your house, nothing more. 12 inch auger would of been better.

Just right for urban homes. Battery life is excellent - 20+ minutes of continuous use. Powerful enough for 6-inch snowfall, light enough to carry upstairs for deck clearing. Highly recommend.
