Softness than firmness
It's more softness than firmness. It can be fluffy but can't be very support if your are looking for strong supportive pillow. We prefer our shredded memory foam filled pillows for great support.

Maintenance
Please have it dry clean or spot clean if need.
Do not machine wash.
Care Instructions
The pillows are shipped in vacumm seal, and this may cause smell when you open it. Please put the pillows to the dryer for about 20 mins after receiving. It will help fluffy and fresh.
For best results for your covers. Pillow insert is better to oder 2 sizes up to provide a plump and full pillow from corner to corner.
Feathers is naturally absorbent and please leave it out in the sun for a few hours if it is mainly used in moist conditions. The sunlight, heat, and fresh air will help make your pillow fresher.

I love the fabric used on these pillow inserts, it is sturdy but soft. They are nice and fluffy but not over full. They are so soft and fit perfectly in the pillow cases. Glad I made this purchase.

They are great! They are perfect for decor. I don’t think I’d like them to sleep in because they form the way you want them to so if you lay on them I think they’d flatten out. I don’t think they’d offer much support. I think they are meant for decor purposes. They aren’t super heavy but they feel sturdy and hold their shape well. I think they are a good size I bought 24x24 with 20x20 covers.

Those are some great quality pillows. I'm buying more of these.But the reason I'm buying more is because I'm also returning them: I listed to the people saying "buy a size larger" but... I should not have. So now, I'm buying the right size: The same size as the covers.

I am an avid buyer of down and feather. So I know good down and feather products when I see them. They just make a bed, sofa or chair more appealing and comfortable. These are definitely some good quality inserts. They are very full and plump once put into the dryer. And I’m so glad I listened to one reviewer when they said buy covers that are the same size as the pillow insert. It was hard stuffing these plump beauties into the covers. Nice thick down proof covering as well. If you’re looking for a quality pillow, look mo further

These are pretty good pillows. I used my instinct and ordered the next size up so I would have the density I needed. It would probably have been better to go 2 sizes up to match the truly high-end down inserts. But the price was fantastic!

I love these so much I want to buy more. They are so soft and great to lean or sleep on. I bought for our couch and also bed. They are very useful. No weird smells. I put in dryer for 2 minutes when I took out of bag and they were instantly fluffed and perfect shape. Buy them!

Wanted to freshen up my flat pillows and these were great! Light, fluffy, and comfortable. I did size up to add a little more bulk. For reference, my pillow covered are 21 inch long and I bought the 24x24 inserts. Hopefully they hold up well over time!

A great quality pillow with super puffiness. Pop them in the dryer when you first get them for 10 minutes and they are good to go! They maintain their shape, are super comfortable and superior quality!
