The directions weren't super clear how to easily balance your fan but we watched a few videos online and figured it out eventually. Took an hour or so and this kit worked great.

how does the clip fit on the fan blade?i didn't want to destroy the fan blades.the clips won't fit.

Many manufacturers no longer include the basic fan balancing kit when you buy a new ceiling fan. While they typically are not needed when the fan is first installed, the fan blades can warp due to humidity, etc and become unbalanced. These are nice to have on hand to address a noisy or wobbling fan. The clips are what make this easy to use so you don't waste time.

I've been balancing fan blades for 50 years. Never have I come across clips that were to tight to slip onto the fan blade. This was the case for one if the two packages. Unfortunately I put the labor into the working package and therefore don't have the full product to return.
