I was looking for cord to use for a kumihimo application, replacing a bell cord that had fallen apart. The core of this cord is dyed to match, so when you cut the end you don’t see a white core with the small amount of fraying. Very nice quality for this price.

This yarn is so amazing and creative. I wish I had learned about it sooner. It adds a great touch to crafting projects, whether alone or as an embellishment to jazz things up. It arrived a few days early, which I'm grateful for as the colors are being used to make ornaments for the family trees. The sparkle is a great enticement to get the younger ones involved in the projects. That being the case, I know I'm going to run out quickly, so it's nice to know where I can order from instead of trying to drive around to crafting stores.As you can see in the attached photo, you can definitely see the difference in candy canes. Cord works very well for creating decorative garland using heavier materials (I recently used it to make Halloween garland from round 2x2 LEGO bricks). I've been using it for years. This cording is my go-to cord when 550 paracord is too heavy / stiff.

I use this for Plastic Canvas Needlepoint. When it is too thick, the inside can be removed, resulting in a thinner cord. As is, it can be used for other projects and for hangers for decorations.

Definitely need to tape the ends of the cord when using or it will completely fray apart.
