This 3/4" Torque Converter is a direct replacement kit for the most popular Comet TAV2 go-kart torque-converter 30 series.
Specifications:
- Driven unit: 6" (5/8" driven pulley)
- Drive clutch bore: 19mm (3/4")

This TAV2 30 Series Go Kart Clutch Kit fits a 3/4" shaft and comes with your choice of a 10 tooth sprocket for a 40/41 chain or a 12 tooth sprocket for a 35 chain.

i had to swap a different tank on my minibike and an engine riser to fit this on my mini bike. Holy cow it transforms the power delivery and makes this thing an absolute rocket. I have since removed it till I can modify my ct100u frame so I can continue to run my normal ct200u style gas tanks with the offset fill port. Its going to be a fun winter rebuild tearing this down and modifying the frame so I can run this in conjunction with my gas tank. assembly was easy and strait forward. plenty of youtube videos show you how to install them. included everything needed to run this, just be warned if you are putting it on a mini bike you may have to modify it to fit this, which if your at the point of adding a torque converter im sure its already known. held the power of the 10+ hp 212cc build i have going on although testing it was only on for a week or two

The bearings for the driven pulley were junk straight out of the box .. as far as everything else it's hard to say until I can purchase new bearings. The bearings literally fell apart in the first 5 ft of movement.

Many people probably order this as a replacement for an existing cart. I am actually using it on a small Kawasaki Mule UTV (side-by-side) conversion / engine swap. I'm a long way from done, but I have opened and inspected the kit, and was immediately impressed with the quality. I was skeptical going in, given the reasonable price, but these look like good parts. It isn't for the total mechanical novice -- but if you are shopping for a torque converter / clutch kit online, you probably aren't a noob. Having two tooth sets gives you a "gearing option" as well. Overall, a nice kit that I look forward to integrating in my Frankenwagon project.

Got this on my go kart. Works great so far. Had everything I needed and then some, so I just swapped everything out for this. Everything lined up and functioned as it should have. Pretty happy with is so far.
