5 stars for value for the price. I installed this on a Manco Dingo with a Honda clone engine. It was not a simple bolt on. I had to shave down some of the backside of the aluminum back plate. It comes with the wrong screws for any of the Honda clones. They are course threaded and I needed to buy the fine threaded ones. The cover for it needs to be cut or will interfere with the chain and is pretty flimsy.I would rather deal with those issues and pay half the price of some other sellers. Plus the more expensive ones probably have the same issues. Now that it is installed, it works every bit as good as my original Comet version. Time will tell if it holds up though.Edit: 2 months later and it is still working great. Pulls strong. Even the belt it came with shows no sign of wear. I’ve heard it’s best to buy the original OEM belts but this one looks like it will hold up just fine. Price seems to fluctuate a lot on this. I got it at a great price but would have been fine with paying $20 more.

The clutch is great. Only problem I had is the cover for the setup has a big crack in it when I took it out of the box. Not sure on how to contact anyone to get help replacing the broken cover.

This seemed to be a great little torque converter kit for my Coleman ct200u. I've only been running it for a little while now so time will tell to see how durable it actually is. It appears to be reasonably thick and have some weight to it though. You will definitely need to buy more spaceing washers so that you can properly align the clutch and the drive pulleys. I had to add an extra washer to keep chain clearance proper. Overall though it is a vast Improvement on the stock set up on these bikes. I have much more torque now and top speed is higher as well. The crank bolt that came in this kit did not fit my bike and I had to also purchase a properly threaded grade 8 crankshaft bolt. I had to build one inch engine spacers to raise the engine up and get the proper clearance for this kit. I'm not sure the quality of this belt that's why I only rated at 3 stars. The main thing with these belts though is to make sure that both pulleys are aligned properly otherwise the belts will wear out prematurely. I would definitely recommend upgrading the brakes from stock if you're going to put this kit on your bike.

There's no instructions how to install so you better be mechanically inclined to install this. The bolts that come with are not the correct threads so I had to get the correct ones from the hardware store which were 5/16"-24 thread. You need to lift the engine about an inch and put a notch in the mounting plate for it to fit. You'll need to cut the chain guard bar off and tab on rear of engine mount. Grind it smooth and paint it to prevent rust. Once installed it worked pretty good. Did wheelies and about 40 mph paired the 224cc Harbor Freight motor with the zip tie trick on the spring under the gas tank. After about 3 hours of drive time the belt frayed and broke destroying the belt cover. I then ordered a 3 pack of Blackhorse racing ones that have good reviews. I would just get those right away and don't even use the one it comes with to save time. Make sure your pulleys line up perfectly to help prevent this from happening. There's a few good videos on YouTube that show the install of this if you need further help. Good luck and enjoy!

Spent about a day installing this due to having to make slight but time consuming modifications to the product for it to even fit (such as grinding about a 16th of an inch off the back plate so the chain wouldn’t be rubbing against it) and because the instructions were a joke and hardly able to tell what’s what because it is actually just a black and white photo copy and by the looks of it was done with a xerox machine from 1989 with the contrast turned to level wtf and the descriptions being a few jumbled words like if they were translated on a phone call while one person had no reception and the other was giving them while operating a jack hammer. This would all be okay-ish if after all that it worked great ..or even worked at all but nope. The belt is so crappy that it doesn’t even turn so yeah…. Sweet device. Thanks to the guy that sold me this turd sandwich, you owe me a day of my life back and about 70bucks the way I see it. ✌ï¸
