Here is the thing. When I got it, I looked at it and from what I can tell, it looks and seems to be well made in every way that I can tell. I found no problems with it, it was cut out nicely, and just looked to be a nice product. But, after I got it, I got it in case I needed it when changing my air check valve. It turns out that I could reuse the old one and did not need it.. I did check, and it fits up perfectly with the air check valve's end that goes toward the exhaust end, so I really see no problems, or reasons why it would not work fine. So, in quality, it was made very well.. and since I can not say that it was faulty in any way, it gets 5 stars.In case you need to know, this was bought to match up with the "ACDelco 12659290 GM Original Equipment Secondary Air Injection Shut-Off and Check Valve " that I bought for my 2009 chevy impala.

i bought this gasket to replace the old one. since I'm going to be replacing that old parts its better to start fresh. I'm just not really sure how i convinced myself to buy what appears to be compressed cardboard for $5.00. its the size of a half dollar. in all honest i think more money was used the plastic bag that this part in that said acdelco. part worked just not happy to pay high amount.

Good product. I replaced it after removing the secondary AIR pipe so that I could replace the rear bank of spark plugs on a Cadillac 4.6L engine. No exhaust leaks after replacing this gasket.
