I bought this thermocouple (TC) because the oven in our church range would not maintain its pilot light. We used this one to figure out if the existing TC was bad or if the gas valve was defective (it was the valve). This TC puts out about 22mV at full voltage and has the standard thread on the end to mate with the gas valve. Shipping was the usual speedy Amazon process and let us get to the heart of the matter quickly.

These thermocouples have metric threads, if you are looking for something that has US domestic "standard" threads you want Robertshaw brand snap-fit.

The thermocouple was the correct length and looked great. I had to return it since the ends would not work with our Patriot ovens. I guess that all 60" thermocouples are not created equal. The return was quick and easy.
