We were unable to get this titrator operational. The manual is largely illegible and more or less useless. There is no customer support. The seller's only support was to send the the same manual that we already have. It is possible that it is just a bad electrode in our case but without any satisfactory costumer support I purchased a new system from a established supplier. Do waste your time and money
