Seems well made. Comes with calibration measure. As easy to read to 0.0001" as any outside mic.

This is supposed to be a precision tool.the wooden box it came in was destroyed. One hinge ripped off and no screws in box even if I wanted to fix it . Splinters everywhere and right side of wooden box fell of in my hands. Went to calibrate it and either the standard was not ground flat. Or the carbide anvils weren’t. The price was very good, I should have known. Mike
