The electric stove fit perfectly into the counter space and works flawlessly. So far, I have nothing negative to say.

But it does not fit a 29inch cutout as described, the metal edge is wide enough for a 28inch cutout. I would recommend extending the metal edge to 30inches so it can really support a 29inch cutout as described on product description.

Nice to have in the event of an emergency. I wired mine up so it can plug in and I installed it in a cabinet that can move around the house. Works well and heats up nicely. Would recommend.

The cooktop does not boil water very fast and the controls are very complicated. I would return it but I am 2 days late.

This cook top is a good bargain buy. Yeah, you can go out and spend 2000 for an electric cook top with all the bells and whistles but this unit gets the job done at a fraction of the cost.It has a decent temperature range but I don’t you will be able to do a proper stir fry or seafood boil etc, but outside of those things everything is in the realm of possibility. The cooktop is easy to clean as well.In regards to installation, unless this is in your wheel house I would hire a professional as it needs a dedicated 240 volt receptacle or hardline. But if you know what your doing, its simple as cutting a rough opening and wiring this bad boy in.Until We Meet Again-Off the Grid Ken

This is a well made electric cooktop, it offers a lot of power for cooking and the unique two burner size makes this quite versatile for installing in a side island or RV. You just have to provide 220V electricity, which may require additional wiring. But this looks very modern and sleek when installed, it's an elegant piece. It's solid and easy to wipe off, and after a month has no scratches or visible wear. Like all electric cooktops, this is slow to heat vs gas, but has good power, you can make nice chicken or stirfry with this once it's heated. It's a good, two burner option.

If you have a small kitchen and live alone, you may sometimes ponder, why do you need a 4 slot hob?Well, the answer is that you don't really and if the space you have is already small, maybe consider installing a smaller hob and retain more of the surface space? This hob by cooksir is the answer to that dilemma. The hob itself is a narrow version of a regular hob and comes with only one spot. The controls are touch based and the hob itself comes with a standard UK plug.As the included paper states, I recommend having this installed by an accredited electrician as this is a high power item and you should make sure all the correct installation procedures are followed. The hob itself is quite high power, considering its only 1 slot yet can push out 2.2kW. The chord coming out of the appliance is thick, which is a good sign considering the amount of current the application can draw.Overall, the hob works as it should and looks very clean design wise. Assuming your kitchen is already induction hob ready, it should be a fairly simple and cheap installation too, though do consult your local electricians if you are not sure.

Just got this plug in ceramic hob for my small apartment, and it's been a mixed bag so far.The Good:- Compact size (30 cm) is perfect for my limited counter space.- The 2200W power is surprisingly strong for a portable unit. Boils water pretty quick!- Touch controls are sleek and easy to clean - no knobs to get grimy.- 9 power levels give decent control over cooking temps.- Child lock is a nice safety feature, especially if you have kids around. The Not-So-Good:- The double zone feature is okay, but the smaller zone feels a bit underpowered.- Touch controls can be finicky sometimes. Took me a while to get used to them.- It gets HOT. Be careful about what you put near it when it's on.- The fan is louder than I expected. Not a dealbreaker, but noticeable.Middle-of-the-Road:- Heats up pretty evenly, but I've noticed some hot spots.- Easy to install, but make sure your outlet can handle the power draw.- Price is decent for what you get, but there are cheaper options out there.Overall, it's a solid choice if you need an extra cooking surface or have a small kitchen. It does the job, but don't expect professional-grade performance. Good for basic cooking needs, but serious chefs might want something more robust.4/5 stars - Decent for casual cooks and small spaces, but has room for improvement.

As our current electric cooker is showing signs that it will soon need replacing I ordered this Cooksir hob as an emergency backup, and so I don't have to replace the current cooker until it's really dead. The hob has a 13 amp plug and other than that comes with some fittings so it can be installed as a kitchen unit, with instructions on the required sizing for it to fit. As it has a normal plug fitting it can also be used as any other kitchen item so if you don't want to have it permanently installed you don't have to, and this is how I tested. Please note that the hob has no feet so if you are not installing it you will need to consider where you place it as it is just a metal base. The hob looks quite stylish and has an inner and outer zone, depending on the size of the pot or pan you are using. The functions on the hob are simple and all touch-based (no knobs to twiddle) and you can easily adjust the zone and cooking level (1 - 9). There is also a child lock, though as it is only a quick press to enable and longer press to disable it won't stop anyone determined, but it is a useful feature to stop accidents when children are around. If you are just using the inner zone on the hob it is very energy efficient, using only 1000 watts even on setting 9, but still seems to cook things relatively quickly. I did a basic test on this just making boiled eggs and it took less than five minutes more than it usually would on my cooker's 1500 watt hob.Cleaning is very simple too as long as you follow the instructions and there is a scraper included with the manual and fittings for tougher stains. While I won't be using this as my main cooking hob I'm still very happy with its performance and it will certainly get more use when my current cooker finally gives up.

I found this product to be a functional and stylish addition to my kitchen. The sleek white glass surface looks modern, and it heats up quickly, making cooking efficient. The controls are intuitive, and the multiple cooking zones provide flexibility for different pan sizes. I appreciated the safety lock feature, especially in a household with kids, and the boost function comes in handy for faster heating. While the power levels are more than sufficient for daily cooking, I wish the surface was a bit easier to clean. Overall, it's a great option for someone looking for a stylish and practical hob.
