Correcting my previous review ..The oven was beautiful, cooks well, but the timer didn't work customer service, was trying to help, then we found out that apparently the oven was damaged in shipping . Customer support by email was great. They replaced the oven and we upgraded to the digital and couldn't be happier! It's beautiful, heats fast, love that there are no exposed heat elements, the front stays cool.. cooks perfectly. I would highly recommend this oven..and this company

-- Update: Do yourself a big favor, and save yourself a headache and a money loss. DO NOT BUY THIS OVEN! It's been a headache. I bought the digital version of it, it has so many issues, starting with the digital screen to the oven temperature. A big mess. The seller contacted me to offer a refund and right away ended up backing off from their offer. Back-and-forth messages that took us nowhere. They referred me to watch the videos posted in this ad, the videos are from someone who wrote a mini review on youtube. Nothing useful there. Waste of time and waste of money. I guess that's what we get for buying an oven here. -- This oven looks great but could be better in all other aspects. I had it professionally installed and professionally customized the opening to adjust it to the oven size. What a waste of time and money! The temperature is not accurate, we are still working on that, we have only used it twice and both times was a waste of food. I bake a lot and this completely messes up my baking. Anyhow, my other main issue now, and the one that is driving us crazy is that we can not make the digital display stop flashing, We were able to set up the clock, but it is annoying to see all the dots continually flashing. Any help! I can't get through customer service so they can help. I have read the manual multiple times and Googled it a ton of times trying to find an answer or a fix to this. I am just ready to declare a loss and buy a fully working oven. I feel that I got a great deal, but it wasn't worth it. Is anybody else with this issue? By the way, I did buy the extended protection, but that is not helping either. I should have bought the non-digital version of this oven, I wonder if that is any better.

I installed it myself (and I am not a handyman)It works really well.I like the knobs instead of relying on LED menu stuff.

I Love these gas wall ovens!!! And am very pleased with the price and the delivery process from Amazon, who has furnished 60 percent of our home.Our kitchen is really small, and we had so much trouble finding a 24 inch “natural gas†double wall oven unit. Seems like only 32 inch gas (but mainly electric) wall ovens are being made these days.We had to buy each unit at a separate cost, but it was/is well worth it!You just can’t walk into a store anymore to look at a large variety of wall ovens for a hands on experience, everything is online now. That’s why we are very thankful for Amazon and relied on the reviews for an honest opinion and experience.We were also able to purchase additional oven racks at a great price from the seller. I personally Love the option of cooking and baking at the same time with these double ovens and removable oven racks.The only thing that is a bit of a challenge to manage is the temperature knob. When baking I wish the exact numbers were listed on the knob, so I don’t have to remember how many inches apart the temperature numbers are (like a watch that only displays the 12 and 6).We are also very Pleased with the Customer Care from the Seller and Amazing staff at Thermomate. Although the purchase was made through Amazon, the Thermomate team is always available and still treats us as valued customers for any issues we may have with both ovens. Thank You Amazon And Thermomate!!!!!!!!!!!

Beautiful oven. I was sad that it btownd top first, and the thermostat is incorrect.

Really nice oven and cooks well. Installment was easy once we adjusted our cabinet. Watch my video I explained the knobs and on/off functions. Having two buttons I can see a safety precaution. Timer different from my previous but not an issue for me.I love it and look forward to baking.
