Monolithic Ceramic Capacitor Assortment Kit
The role of monolithic ceramic capacitors :
- Energy storage exchange: generate and release an electric energy through its charging and discharging process.
- Block direct communication (bypass and coupling): In the circuit, it can be connected in parallel with other components to allow AC to pass through and play the role of bypass.
- Frequency discrimination filtering: For a multi-frequency mixed signal, monolithic capacitors can filter out most of the low-frequency signals.
- Suppression of surge voltage: It can remove those short surge pulse signals.

We needed to build a school project from scratch and this assortment of ceramic capacitors worked out great. The project was multi port USB charger that worked from AC/DC or solar cell.

103's in the 101 location so did not get what I really wanted this set for. Almost all measurements are off more than 20%. Tossing, not worth the drive to return item.

That's about it. It is what it says it is. Some elements of the kit had 'jumped ship' before it got to me, but for the most part everything was OK! Numbers on the parts themselves could be hard to read at times, but that's electronics for ya. Would order again.
