I'll update when it snows again. Seems to work fine - fired right up, and all the mechanics operated as expected. Fairly easy to assemble; 30 - 45 min. Note: attach the cables before you bolt on the handle - otherwise, they won't reach to connect.

The shoot broke first time out. Only changed the direction twice before it failed. It won’t stay in place, had to use a bungee cord to hold it while I finished. The skid plates don’t stay in place. They get off balanced and then the hole blower jerks around. And let me tell you, it’s powerful and heavy. When it gets to jerking around it will take you on a ride.

Received the blower. Packaged very well and not difficult to put together. Instructions could have been larger with diagrams very small. After put together lights did not work and tool could not be hung fro a bar because wrong tool was sent. Never was able to get a phone call with Amerisun. E-mail worked but it was determined that they could do nothing for me so I should contact Amazon. Which I did. Amazon would get 6 stars out of 5. They were GREAT. All is well now. Blower works great. One comment. If you are cleaning a smooth driveway the skid plates should not be put on. With the skid plated up as far as they will go a thin layer of snow remains. Amazon gets 6 stars, the t blower's operation gets 5 stars, but Amerisun 1 star.

The snow blower arrived via UPS and I unboxed, assembled and was clearing snow in under 45 minutes. The reason the assembly took a bit longer was I did not understand the handle bar and cable attachment process and had to install, uninstall and connect the cables, and then reinstall the handle bars. The second thing I did wrong was to have the chute not facing forward. That too I had to install, uninstall and reinstall.The instructions are not very good but you can look at the figures and diagrams and get the general idea.Things to watch out for:The oil - use a funnel and pour VERY SLOWLY because it will overflow before going down the tube.Connect the cables before installing the handle bar.Face the chute forward before installing.Go over all of the bolts, even the ones you did not install, to make sure they are tight.

Was pretty easy to assemble but the top cover part came bent really bad. Box did have a small amount of damage to it. For the price I paid I did not expect to get damaged parts.

This item arrived on time and was every bit as was described. I have yet to even get the chance to use it, but it is very well constructed and nearly ready to go, right out of the box. I'm excited to use it. Great value for the money.

What I did not like about this product is that it was defective and unusable when I received it. I assembled it correctly and the blade would not engage or turn. I requested a refund. Amazon said it was ineligble for a return even though it was bascially a $600 dollar paper weight at this point. Fast foreward I took it to a small engine repair shop and after they disassembled it we all discovered that the cable leading from the handle to the inside of the blower was not-not connected at all to the part that turned the blade. $ 100 bucks later I have my snow blower back home. However I don't understand why I am responsible for someone elses mistake or lack of review to insure a product does indeed function.

Easy to put together no problems just put in gas oil 2 pulls started right up
