It would have been nice if these sanding sleeves were marked with the grits of what each one is. It’s a little difficult to figure out what the grits are especially when they are so close together like the 60 and 80 grits and the 120 and 150 grits. Even the finer grits are difficult to distinguish between the 240 and 400 grit. You can do it (I think I did it??) but it would be nice just to be able to just grab the grit you want without having to rub them between your fingers to figure out which one is which. I cleaned out and used some old medication bottles and labeled them to keep the sleeves stored in so now I know right away which one has the grit I want. The sleeves fit my sanding drums and tightened up with no problems. When using these sanding sleeves, I thought they held up pretty well and I feel they are decent quality.

These worked perfect to help me sand in a curve where it was hard to use a traditional sander. Held up well.

The sanding paper is unmarked and I am 90% sure I didn't get a 400 grit paper : It also skips all over the place in grits. This is cheap wood sanding paper but it comes with 60/80 grit I would have liked to seen a 320 grit instead in the variety pack. You are just not going to need 80 grit or lower for wood projects.I like the drums they grip the paper well but I might see if a different nut might work better then keeping a 1/2" wrench around all the time.

I bought a similar set a long time ago that proved quite useful over the years. These are just as good. Not just for woodworking! With a drill extension, I was able to do a nice job of cleaning up the rust inside of an old bicycle fork with them!
