I noticed my daughters bike was missing a flange nut and safety washer on one side. None of the flange nuts at any local hardware store or big box matched. The M10 nut in this kit fit perfectly. There are a LOT of strange axle size/thread combinations out there including mixes of metric and English. I have a bike that none of the nuts in this kit will fit. Good luck.
