nice sanding pads. I have used them quite a bit and the abrasive is still working well. at just 10 bucks for a set of 24, it's a pretty good deal. good variety of grits. perfect for autobody work.

Handy 24 piece sanding sponge set with grits from 180-3000. They're not that big - a little over 2.5" wide and about 3.875" long - best suited for smaller detail work using mostly your fingers tips/fingers - they're not large enough to cover your entire hand. Great for smaller craft work and fine detail work. Come in packaging that resembles a thick album cover (anyone remember those?) The grits are facing one another and they are stuck together firmly - you'll need to exert some force to get them apart. Could just from being packed together so tightly, but just an fyi. Good value and many uses.

I've purchased this same abrasive from other Amazon vendors and it's good stuff. But this particular item comes packaged in the most annoying way possible. The sanding sponges are shipped in a flat cardboard box and you basically have to dump them all out in order to find the grit you're looking for. I'm going to put them in a ziploc bag and toss the box.

Love the variety. They lasted a decent amount of time. I am refinishing a bicycle and this was a big help in removing the previous paint and blemishes.

I regularly sand my woodturned items from 180 up to 600 grit. This kit will let me continue up to 3000 grit for non-wood items like acrylic or resin and get to them up to the point of switching to buffing for the high-gloss finish. I also like that I can use them wet to help prolong the life of the abrasive as it'll rinse the swarf from the sanding surface.

This set seems to be meant for paint finishing to a smooth finish, but I need the set for something else.We moved in to an 100 year old house that has an original limestone utility sink. It's in rough shape and the first step to saving it is cleaning and sanding.I had a full set of 100 grit to do the deep work, but now I needed the graded grits to get to the finished edge and then I can seal it.They arrived in a flat box, like a record box, and each grit has two pads.
