I find that these dividers are sturdy and easy to use. I also like that the labels are different colors. Our brains tend to remember the section needed by the color tab, rather than actually reading the label first. They've been holding up well - I used them in a recipe binder and use the binder regularly with no problems at all.

For the price there are a lot of dividers in this package. As someone who is getting my masters full time I am happy with them as I fill a lot of notebooks and could use the organization. That being said, the plastic is a little thinner than I've had in the past. I do not consider it an issue as plastic is plastic and don't foresee they will tear as might paper.

Ignore the other reviews that say these tabbed dividers do not fit US Letter sized paper. Without sheet protectors, which the Amazon listing clearly shows in its pictures, it does fit Letter sized paper. Here are some factors to consider if you plan to get a set.Pros:- These tabbed dividers come in more intense colors and would be more contrasting than pastel colored dividers and white paper.- The included stickers allow you to use a pencil to write, erase and re-write over the white stickers.- Made from plastic, these tabbed dividers are sturdy and do not flex easily.Cons:- I have not encountered any yet so far but if I do, I will update this review.Overall, I do recommend these tabbed dividers. They fit US Letter sized paper and are good value for money.

I am using this to organize some scouting paperwork for a large week-long event. I have to keep track of papers for youth staff, adult staff & participants... A-Z as well as camp facility documents and presentations. These are a budget-friendly organization solution for us!I like that they are somewhat see-through. It makes it easy to see what type of document is coming up next, saving precious time when searching for information.I wish they had 8 seperate colors rather than duplicating purple.I like that the colors are very distinct and bold. Helps with faster sorting/grouping.I LOVE the surplus of write-on tabs!! Makes changing subjects easier and faster than erasing or scrounging around for more tabs that are the right size!I like that the tabs have rounded corners. Prevents me from getting stabbed by a sharp corner under my fingernails!!

It does the job well but regardless of the material feeling flexible. Day 2 of use these separator I discovered one slip form the middle binder hole. Bummer! And to think I bought 2 packs of these
