If it is not charging your Scooter, it’s likely one of the following reasons:
- The charger doesn’t fit your Scooter, please kindly tell us your Scooter's brand and model. We would like to check the compatibility for you.
- Your battery is broken. As lead acid battery has a limited service life. If your battery has been used for over 12 months or unused for 2-3 months, your battery might be broken.
- In this situation, the charger LED will show green – no charging as battery is dead. You can test our charger with another device, or check your battery with another charger.
- If our charger is defective, in this case, please contact Auspow, we will provide return and exchange service, thank you!

The charger itself fits and seems to charge but now I found out it’s my battery that is faulty on our scooter so we are waiting for the new battery to come in. All in all the charger is great.

The lights came on soon as I plugged it in, but it didn't charge the hoverboard. It may be the adapter, it may be the hoverboard, I don't know.

The power adapter's long enough that if placed away from an outlet, you can stretch the cord to reach your electric scooter place for charging! Easy to understand and quick to use; it's simple, plug it into the wall first, then into the scooter!And you have colored lights to indicate if it's charging, when it's charging, and when it's charging !!!!!!
