I work on vehicles professionally and I have to say this works great for a job I had to do at home! Lines are easy enough to bend hand if you don't care for perfection and just need the lines to work! The flaring tool does exactly what I need it to! If needed I would buy again!

Great for diyers I'm not a mechanic so I can't say if it'd be good for professional use but worked great for me redoing my son's break line and I've got plenty left if any other spots rust through and blow out like his did

Bought the kit all I really needed was the brake line but for the price I thought I could get the kit didn't expect the flare tool to work all that good but it worked better than the one I had definitely would buy this kid again or recommend it

I used the tool to double flare a half dozen 1/4" copper coated lines successfully. That's when things went sour. The serrations on the bar would no longer hold the line in place and the line would slide down when performing the first step making a double flare. Luckily, I had an old bar (USA made) that I used to complete the job.
