These needles are lightweight, sleek and easy to handle. I do about 12 to 15 afghans a year using these. I love to get different colors so the needle color contrast the yarn color. That makes it easier to see your needle. Will buy these again.

According to my crochet hook size gage, the size 7mm hook I ordered is somewhere between 7.5mm to 8mm; closer to the 7.5mm. It's a tapered hook, like the brand Boye. You can feel the seem that runs down the center of the hook with your finger a little bit, but it glides nicely through the yarn, with no snags. The hook has a raised size on it, 7.0mm, that is a little hard to read, but won't rub off in the future. For an acrylic inexpensive hook, it's only problem is the inaccurate size. I'm keeping it.

The ad for this crochet hook stated that it was a smooth design. I have many plastic hooks that are solid and smooth all around. Crochet hooks that have a seam around them catch on the yarn and make projects very uncomfortable and nearly impossible. As you can see in the pics, there is a seam completely around the hook that you can feel!I was very disappointed! Unfortunately, I’m pressed to do my project and have to make do. I lightly sanded the seam on the hook with fine sandpaper and will use it. I will never buy from this seller again!I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT!
