I was in the market for a digital pressure cooker of at least 14Qt. But after months of searching, I came up empty (I wonder if the companies went out of business?). I saw this one at 25Qt. and I decided to try it even though it's not digital ( no set it & forget it). This item works well and is well made.

Bigger than expected perfect size too do all of my canning needs. It's well made comes with a extra gasket for the lid .looking forward to get started canning. I like that it is induction compatible. If your looking for a pressure canner for large jobs this is it.

I purchased this to do canning and also to sterilize stuff. Works as well as more expensive pressure cookers do for less cost. I recommend this product to anyone who cultivates or does their own canning.

This product was a disaster. The pressure would not come up, the pressure gauge wouldn’t work right. I took it to an agricultural and canning expert and she advised me not to use it since she tested the pressure gauge and it wasn’t working properly. I paid more than I wanted to to get a good large canner but I was ripped off. The instructions were horrible too

So, the first one I bought leaked. The second one worked perfectly. My only real complaint is that the pressure guage is in kpa and they flatten the back of the threads on their guage so when I bought a psi gauge I had to modify it to make it work. I'm a pretty handy guy so it wasn't a big deal for me per se, but it could be for someone else. Other than that it appears to work well and I'm happy with it.

Gauge not PSI. Weight spinning before reaching equivalent to 15 psi. Standard US weight won't fit exhaust vent. Not reliable. Great that induction compatible.
