The weight is not letting it get to 15psi and the seals usually leak the first attempt.

I am new to canning, so I had hoped the manual would have a little more detail about putting it together and how it should be used. Had to also convert to KPa to PSI but found that too online. That being said, there are tutorials on You Tube, thankfully. I do love it and how safe it is to use, worked like a charm so not sure why some had difficulty getting it to the right pressure, it also held the pressure really well too. So I do love it but would recommend the company provide a little use / assembly detail to help the newer user along.

After living with this canner for 6-8 months I have to say… it’s a canner. It works. Blows off then it should. Stops when it should. One thing. Don’t leave the SS separator in there with the water expecting to do another run and forgetting about it for a week. The aluminum on the inside will pit.

Handles leak and instructions sucked. Cant find any info anywheres. Had to play it by ear and lost some food before i made it work. Pressure sais 0 but still has a dangerous amount left in pot. Need to download the whats app that most use to scam people with, not a fan. Regret not getting presto.

Overall this is a good pressure canner but the customer service is done through WhatsApp there's so phone number or anything. There's no website about the company and no information or details whatsoever in the instructions provided

It wont reach 15 psi only 10.8 or 75 kpa. I want 15 psi, otherwise i am wasting propane. I tried adding weight to the rocker and then it will go to 15, but the rocker doesnt rock the same and may not be safe.
