I made this cake topper from this paper for my daughters glow party and it did everything I could have asked for. The paper looked great in the light and in the dark. I have a ton of paper left that I know won’t go to waste. It’s thick cars stock and durable enough to hold a cake topper without flopping.

My purchase was for paper chains. I cut them 2 3/8" X 3/4" With the entire 25 sheets I should have over 60'- possibly 70'.At first, I prebend them in small amounts with rubber bands for braces. Then, I precurl them with a Shaprie or they will bend or rather crack because the paper is pretty thick. The paper is coated with color and white in the center. I use Aleene's tacky glue and paperclips to make them stay before the glue sets.THE CHAINS GLOW LIKE CRAZY WITH A BLACK LIGHT BULB.
