I needed two of these exact shelf supports. My shelves are about 50 years old, so you can imagine how happy I was to see I could buy them on Amazon. They are sturdy, kinda shiny bronze and THEY CAME IN A PACKAGE OF 12. Now there are 10 I don't need, but that's OK, I'm just delighted the shelves are all intact now. Thank you, paula

I replaced my plastic shelf supports with these. I feel these will hold more weight and snapped into place very easy. It comes with tacks to secure the support even further, but I felt no need for them. They worked great.

This issue is covered in the Q&A, but I thought I'd get it in a review, along with a photo. The photo shows one of the shelf clips I just got on the right, next to a 39-year-old clip from my existing book case. The older one is browner, but it could be long term oxidation.

They're more of a yellow gold than the bronze I wanted. I missed the return window.

These are for cupboard shelves and they are great I have been looking for them for 2 years.
