The machine works great, but the measurements for the ingredients do not match the cups/spoon provided. I had to buy a separate bread machine books so I could actually make bread. Customer service was helpful.

What surprised me most about this bread maker is the separate yeast dispenser. It lets me keep my hands clean throughout the process without worrying about the yeast mixing with other ingredients too early or the order of adding ingredients. I don’t bake bread often, but this feature completely removes the fear of failure. Plus, it has 25 preset programs, giving me so many more homemade options. The recipe book is super detailed and easy to follow.

Both! OMG, I LOVE this machine. Had 3 days and have made two basic loaves, one French, and a quart of yogurt. I loved baking bread 40 years ago, and now I love again. Quite. Super easy to clean. Viewing window. Small footprint.
