This was so easy to put together and functions smoothly. There's a little noise but the work out was great and can't wait to keep doing it!

I absolutely love this weighted hoop!! I highly recommend it, it's very easy to use. seems to be very good quality, came with the sweat belt and carry bag. East to assemble, this one does make noise, but i do not mind a bit

Price at time of review: $49.98Quality: 4/5Value: 3.5/5Well this was a hit over Christmas! It’s such a weird but effective way to get yourself moving. The adjustable knots make it easy to share with anyone visiting. It fits a variety of people. Everything things it was incredibly fun and they were able to keep up with it for almost 20 minutes. So far it appears durable; there are no breaks after heavy usage over Christmas. The only negative is the price, I think it’s way too high.

I tried at once after I installed every piece together. I felt it is so amazing to keep my body getting enough move. The ball ran around the track while I move my waist. I wanted it moving fast then I moved fast. Only in couple mins I figured it out and use it like the regular hula hoop. It’s so easy to control when exercise. Going to use it every day. I really appreciate I found it for my daily exercise.

It makes me MOVE! I'm so sedatary, what can I say, I love relaxation BUT I know we must move our bodies n this is a cool way to get it done besides a great walk!

This is easy to use and easy to set up. I would advise to keep the ring as close-fitting to your body as you can. It does get a little bit boring to do only this exercise
