I looked up the genuine cartridges for my printer and they were $150, which is insane when the printer cost $350. I got this for $25 bucks and didn't even realize it comes with two cartridges. Installation was the same as any print cartridge and the screen did pop up non-genuine. However, printed two shipping labels and God himself couldn't tell a difference between the print quality. An actual no brainer if you're looking for reassurance. Cheap, compatible, quality, and works.

I find the ink effective and clean. I appreciate the recycling feature very much as I am able to send the cartridge back easily instead of adding to the land fill. Great print quality during the life of the toner. Easy install. As a rule these are very expensive and this is just so affordable. Because of the affordability, I was able to purchase these two for the one printer I have and use the other one as spare. Excellent printing quality.

I reordered printer cartridges that worked well for me the first time around. When the wrong (or defective) cartridges arrived, I contacted the company. It took a few emails back and forth - and several days - but the company solved the problem by sending me replacement cartridges. It was a little inconvenient since it delayed a project, but in the end I am happy with the replacement cartridges they sent and the fact that they took responsibility for their error.

I've bought this toner twice before. The first time, everything was fine. The last time, one of the cartridges was defective (didn't print well), but the return window had closed (the first one worked fine). I decided to buy it again because the HP ink was SO expensive. I figured I would just try both cartridges right away and return if one didn't work. Well... the first one didn't work (printed only on the edges of the paper). But when I tried to remove the cartridge from the machine, it wouldn't come out. My husband and I are both pretty technical and mechanical, but it is COMPLETELY stuck. No amount of wiggling or jiggling helps. Now, I think my entire printer is ruined, just because I tried to save a little money (actually a lot of money) on the toner. So so frustrating.

So far so good with this toner cartridge. A message on the box said not to believe using it voids the warranty, this product being a generic. It cited the appropriate law. It appears to be working well and the price was very low (2 for $43 instead of 1 for $155) compared to the HP product suggested by HP. It says it will deliver the same number of printed pages (3100) as HP. We'll see, but, so far so good.

I assumed these would be cheap and nasty but wow! I use them at school (I’m a teacher and had to buy myself because of budget cuts etc) and I’m still on the first cartridge. Installed easy and great alternative.
