Did item arrived in an open box. One of the pieces is cracked and it seems it was returned for the very same reason and very poorly repaired and resold to me. This is a baby product. Don’t be that sloppy!

Even when you adjust the arm to the highest setting the mobile is pretty low hanging, and I have a small mobile. The pictures definitely make it look much bigger. Mines hanging down into the crib unlike the photo where it’s hanging above. That’s exactly how I have it set up. It was cheap so I guess you get what you pay for. I’ll definitely have to get another one once my little guy is bigger cause he will easily be able to reach the mobile after a few months, so not the safest

This is so awesome, I love the thought put into the design of this product. My only negative feedback is I wish the clamping mechanism came with a smaller bolt size as the gap is way too big for my crib as well as any other crib I have seen before. No assembly instructions were included but looking at the description photos from the item listing helped me assemble it easily. Took maybe 5 minutes. This is easy to adjust and set up. I do recommend you keep the item hanging from the arm far away enough that a little one cannot reach it - if they pull down hard enough i can see this breaking or being a hazard for babies.Overall and for the price, excellent execution on this design and product - i love it.

Very cheap looking. Arrived a little banged up and doesn’t hang as high above my crib as I’d like but it will do for now.

Arrived with the wood broken and it doesn’t screw tight enough to hold on to crib.
