Not a pro or anything, but I had a couple decent set of darts with plastic shafts... one hit from another dart and SNAP, they would never hold flights again. These screwed right on, I torqued them down pretty hard with the Orings, and they have never given me an issue with coming loose even after months of use. No loose flights, no loosening shafts, nothing. They balance better, look better, and stay together better.

Work a lot better than plastic ones the family has broken 1 of these but considering we went through 24 plastic shafts in similar time frame 1 break isnt to bad

We have pub dart boards in a bar that I own, we use these shifts as replacements, they work well, and are a great value for the price.

I have used these quite a bit to replace plastic shafts. They look good and had a good feel to them. I noticed a slight improvement in accuracy, though not huge. The look is really where they have their impact. A cheap way to make your darts look better. And i have yet to have one get damaged from play and I William Tellled two of them last month.
