I wound a few turns around this core with RG58 coax to make a common mode choke and put it in a 3D printed box and put two BNC connectors on each side of it. Unlike the old common mode choke I had that didn't have enough turns and would get pretty damn hot when I transmit, with this core, I have way more turns so it reflects most of the common mode power instead of dissipating it as heat. I haven't had a chance to measure the common mode impedance but I think it works good enough so I don't really care.
