This is by far the sturdiest ball and socket armature kit I have ever purchased. However, it is almost impossible to link the couplings together without the aid of a Loc-line coupling plier. Thankfully, I bought the tool ASAP and snapped the two y couplings, plus the extra y I got as a free gift, to one of the chest couplings. It's a ringing endorsement from me, and I will definitely buy more again. With any luck, Udon will have his new body in no time.

I used this to make an armature for my doll. Works wonderful. She can st and or sit because although sturdy is bendable. I bought 3 sets

Used this for making a long Furby and it was great, the Furby still holds up pretty well

This armature is very sturdy, but as others have said it is extremely difficult to to separate/connect the pieces unless you have the correct tool. The frequently bought together pair (the locline ones) which are suggested do not work effectively with this.Further more, if you are wanting to purchase longer lengths of this armature the 1/4 inch from MOREZMORE are not compatible. While I do think this is a good product I believe I have found something similar/same for a much lower price else where.

Good armature, sturdy, but you need a tool to take them apart and reassemble them. I expected it to be easier, since they’re small. But they do the job!

So for starters, these are VERY hard to put together and IMPOSSIBLE to take apart without the specialty Jeton pliers. I tried an off brand pair of pliers and they were no match you really need the jeton ones. Jeton's pliers are EXPENSIVE and difficult to find, thankfully I was able to find a pair on ebay for 20 bucks but on other sites I was seeing them advertised at $120. WILD. I don't like that these don't come with the pliers or that the store front doesn't sell them it delayed my project. The actual armature itself is very sturdy and difficult to pose with. If you're using these I suggest getting some elbow joints in the same size if you want the poses of the arms and legs to look realistic at all. I think I'll try the actual hose extenders next and see if they're any easier to work with because they're much cheaper and the pliers you need for them are far more accessible, but these will do for what I'm working on, no sense in wasting them.

These are not as universal as claimed. They do not go together with the actual Jeton brand 3/4" joints as claimed. Even with the pliers. I may try heating them up and see, but with doing that, I worry about the plastic becoming weak. Really not happy with these.
