Your cart is empty.Irish moss is used commonly among home brewers. It is added at the last 10-15 minutes of the boiling process to help eliminate the chance of a protein haze in your brew. Its use is highly recommended, particularly if you are using any grain or other ingredients that contains protein. Recommended dose is 1 tablespoon per 5 gallon batch of beer. Comes in a one ounce package.

Works just as good as any other irish moss. Decent pricing. Would recommend to others for brew large or small batches.

I didn't like it, was a big mess in my brewer ! I haven't yet acquire any taste for it, so it appears I have a gallon of something that dose not taste good to me! A waste of money & my time.

This came up in an amazon search for "Irish moss 1lb" Doesn't say anywhere readable that it is only a tiny one ounce bag--that doesn't actually weigh a full ounce, even in the packaging.The actual product is fine. If you don't have a local source, wanted an ounce, and don't mind paying five times the cost of the product for shipping, it would be ok. I would still buy the LC Carlson bottle that is cheaper and has a full ounce in it.
