I have installed it once it’s got delivered. Followed the instruction, had it installed easily. Since there’s no snow recently I haven’t got chance to use it yet, but I have tried to reach it to my roof. It has strong support and enough length. Highly recommended.

Nice kit, but I do not like the way the poles have the small joining sleeve that has to be used. My last rake has the same thing and I feel is allows for too much flex and makes the pole harder to control (nice that it is the same size as my other pole). I have a 17 ft long nearly flat porch roof that I have to clear from a ladder, and this set works well for that project.

This purchased my avalanche from the early 90s. I was impressed with the durability and that it held up to an incredible amount of snow on my roof. I would highly recommend purchasing this item along with the roof rake.

I bought this snow roof rake after a heavy snowstorm hit our area. I was impressed by how easy it was to assemble and use. The 2-in-1 design allows me to switch between two different blades, depending on the type and amount of snow on the roof. The 25-inch blade is great for clearing large areas of soft snow, while the 18-inch blade is more suitable for removing hard-packed snow and ice. The snow slide is also very helpful, as it lets the snow slide off the roof without me having to pull it down. The large wheels and anti-slip handle make the rake glide smoothly on the roof, without damaging or scratching it. The extendable pole is also very convenient, as it can reach up to 21 feet, which is enough for most roofs. The rake is also very lightweight and durable, made of high-quality aluminum. Overall, I am very satisfied with this product and would recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and versatile snow roof rake.

One of the extension connect poles is missing the button that holds the poles together. I didn’t want to have to package the entire thing back up and return it. I ended up buying a pack of the buttons separately and installed one.
