Thank you to the zeller I follow instructions. I didn't have to change everything I was able to change the part where the bell go inside my apt. I'm a single mother and took me only 10 minutes to do it following the instructions. My delivery was delayed but overall the product is amazing and it worth the price.

It's not great, OTH, it's the only game in town so I guess they don't have much incentive to do better. The one I replaced was an older model from the same company and I didn't want to drill new holes or do a lot of filling and sanding so I got the new model when I needed to change. The instructions are borderline nonsensical, and its very finicky to get installed. I still need to uninstall and try again to get the view finder positioned tightly, and to try to get some actual volume when the button is pressed on the 'ringer'. It is almost silent now.

Product did not include screws necessary for installation. Very poor installation instructions. Their support website is down. I’m disappointed in lack of support. Would not recommend.

This worked great after some engineering time to think it through.The existing door holes did not quite match with any of the various units that I purchased, but after some physical reviews, this model could be easily modified.I wanted to keep the existing decorative plate on the outside of the door because it was a special design to the condo throughout the complex.I rotated the unit upside down. The directions then required an easy swap of the sliding door spring locations.I also swapped locations of the existing push button and eyeglass, and replaced with the new that are supplied with the unit.
