Nice thick binder cover! Comes with plastic sheets with pockets for each dollar amount. I put $1 into the $1 pocket,$50 in the $50 pocket and, so on… this is a great way to budget if you carry cash or can force yourself to go to the atm! Good price point you get 2 budget binders with I think 2 dry erase markers for each.

This envelope folder is amazing. Great way to save $$$. Makes it a challenge to see how fast you can fill each slot or to mark it off. It would have been nice to have a dry erase marker with it but I was able to supply one and love marking off money I have saved.
