I bought another one of these and the fit wasn't good. The fit with both (it was a two-pack) of these is perfect. Haven't had them long enough to judge longevity. Will update when I get more experience with them. I have several Baofeng radios, different model numbers.One thing they fail to illustrate is that it can be charged via a USB-C cable, its port is at the bottom of the battery. No need for the charging cradle!
