A very good ad on to the in the box mount with The ring camera. This mounting system allows for far greater flexibility. Super easy to install.

Easy to mount, although you have to unscrew the drop down piece, it interferes with the bottom screw. Easy to do, just can't install with it in. This is really well made, strong, easy to move and secure the position. If you have a camera installed and turned as sharp the existing base will allow, this is a much better answer.

Okay this product is pretty amazing. People complain that the sticky is not strong enough but it worked well for me. I particularly like that I can position it was the sticky side and then use the screws to mount it. Super sturdy, affordable and looks amazing. You can mount things upside down as well so it’ll fit on the wall or on the ceiling. Small con is that the turning nobs could be a little better in that you shouldn’t have to remove all the parts if you want to drastically change the position of the camera. Overall, love it!

definitely a good choice for more added flexibility in the angle of the dangle. U can get a much better, more precise point of view. And it’s 2 for 10 bucks. Can’t beat that.
