Use these to monitor temp and humidity in incubators for baby squirrels. the temp seems to be right on and it lets us monitor the boxes to not let them get too cold. No problems with them so far and we are happy with them

I prefer the probe gauges rather than the sticky ones. Seems pretty accurate.

Good little thermometers, humidity is a little off.So as long as you know that from the get go you're good

The display portion of this instrument reaches out to the sensors via a cable (about 4 feet long), making it possible to measure, for instance, the temps in a 'fridge. It is surprisingly tiny, but the display is still easy to read. The display can be mounted by using the included suction cup or the two sticky pads. The unit responds reasonably quickly. It took less than 5 minutes for it to match my much larger unit to within 1% of hunmidity (46%/47%), and 2 degrees of temperature (76/78). I have no way of telling which unit is "off". Maybe they are both off! Naturally, being from china, neither this or my big unit came with accuracy specifications. Or any specifations, for that matter. If you need to measure humidity and temp, it's hard to ignore this unit. Inexpensive, small and easily hidden, it works good enough for most non-laboratory applications. And because you get two for the price of one for roughly the price of a cup of coffee these days, it is affordable...if you but skip one morning's cup, that is!

They seem to be reading Temps and humidity correctly, I'm ùsing them in egg incubators to hatch poultry so we will see... they are very small and I don't like that, but good for the price

I use this for my hermit crab tanks, and enjoy the little sticker it comes with - I am able to stick it to the bottom of the screen part and stand it right on top of the tank edge for convenient read. Probe is convenient to move around as needed. The probe wire is a decent length to go as far as I could possible want across a 30 gallon; I just let the excess hang behind the tank. There is indeed no way to calibrate and i saw reviews with defective products, but unless you need super accurate readings mine do work just fine, reasonably within a few degrees of each other and other readings from the house thermostat. I am a bit nervous about how long it will last, it has been perfectly fine for over a month, and I'm sure it will last several more, but beyond that I am hesitantly hopeful

We use these to gauge temps but they might be a degree or two off bc they usually don’t match the thermostat perfectly. But it’s still enough to know if the temps are good. The cords are so long. We have to coil them up to the back and then rubber band them to hold the cords in place so just enough reaches where we need it to (10 gallon). She is obsessed with them and will slither all over the probes which is another reason we tape the actual cords to the glass. With substrate you can tape and hide the cords under it, then tape down the bit that goes up the glass. I got them a little wet on accident and cleaned her tank which caused the humidity to read about 80% and we couldn’t even read them anymore. So they may not be good for very high humidity (they’re back to normal now).

Before use I monitored both instruments for a few days and compared them to a lab grade thermometer as a reference standard. The thermometers were almost always in exact agreement, and never more than 1° different for a brief period, and always within a degree of the standard. The relative humidities usually agreed and never varied by more than 2% from each other.I used these to monitor my car's underhood temperatures, with the readouts pinned down with the wipers. I had no problem reading the temps while driving, so I'd say they're easy to read.Well worth the price.

Bought 4 of these. Put them all together on the counter. 3/4 read identical while 1 was 4% off humidity and 1° off temperature. I can totally live with that. These are especially handy set up in my 3 egg incubators. The fourth is set up in my brooder room. Overall very happy. Id have given 5 stars except the shipping company wouldn't deliver and i had to drive nearly 30km to pick them up.
